Based on the medical information provided, we will offer a choice of hospitals or clinics suitable for your condition and provide assistance in making medical and travel arrangements for a fixed fee of $300.

The service includes:

  Access to a Personal Health Manager;
  Translation of medical records, if necessary (paid separately);
  Location of a physician, a clinic, or a hospital in a preferred geographical location;
  Consultation arrangements;
  Obtaining a quote and fee negotiation.

Limitations and Exclusions:

1. This is not insurance. No medical or other expenses are paid.
2. This is not an Emergency Assistance policy.
3. A minimum 7 (seven) days advance notice is required.
4. No countries under the United States and/or United Nations Trade Embargo or other types of political and/or economic sanctions are covered.
5. No countries in a state of war are covered.
