Standard Plan is designed for those living outside the U.S. who desires worldwide benefits, including U.S. benefits. Anyone of any nationality, not living in the U.S. , may apply for the Standard Plan. $3,000,000 lifetime maximum. Limited Plan is designed for those who may seek medical treatment world wide, NOT including in the U.S. There are NO BENEFITS for medical expenses incurred in the U.S.
